4.  The Norwegian-Bulgarian Business Group was established in 2015 as a non-profit organization  The purpose of the Business Group is to support and protect the economic interests of its members and to assist their development with knowledge, networking and know-how  Our main activity is related to strengthening the Norwegian- Bulgarian business relations and encouraging the bilateral economic activities  The governing body of the Group consists of 6 people which represent the Norwegian and the Bulgarian business  The Group operates under its own Status and Code of Ethics

10. The Norwegian-Bulgarian Business Group is open to all Bulgarian and Norwegian individuals/entities (legal or physical) which participate in the economic life of Bulgaria and Norway and share the common principles of the Group

11.  In order to apply for the membership, please contact the Group’s office to receive the application form  The membership becomes effective as per the date of signing the Board of Director’s approval and the membership fee payment for the calendar year  Membership fees depends on the number of company’s employees: 1-5 employees: BGN 250 5-10 employees: BGN 500 10-50 employees: BGN 750 50-100 employees: BGN 1000 100+ employees: BGN 1500
