2. Your information and registration packet should arrive in the mail and will include everything you need to register.

3. You will receive one blank copy of the two-page registration form. Be sure to make copies before filling it out. Each grade level will need a separate registration form for each category and possibly multiple pages depending on the number of students participating.

4. Be sure to complete the entire registration form for music. You should list each student that will be participating in music only one time and in alphabetical order. An easy way to organize this is by starting with the list of your largest group first (ex: choir or ensemble) and then filling in with any extra names. No registrations will be accepted after Feb. 12.

8. One copy of the rules is included; you may make copies for your students or direct them to the CPLS website to print their own.
