14 Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990  Must make building and bathrooms handicapped accessible  Must have at least 15 employees to comply with this act

15 Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938  Established  Minimum Wage, Overtime  Child Labor Laws Exempts from overtime if-sales are less than $500,000

16 Union Actions  Strikes -stoppage of work-due to organized efforts due to negotiation breakdown  Arbitration -a special group or person decides what is fair for two parties  Collective Bargaining -a union makes an agreement on behalf of employers regarding employment policy and pay  Grievances and Complaint Process -how workers handle disputes
