INTERREG III B CADSES Neighbourhood Programme 2000 - 2006 Responsibilities Lead Partner (Overall LP) –Proper management and implementation –Signs the ERDF Subsidy Contract –Assumes financial and legal responsibility for the ERDF project part –Reports on the overall project Financial Lead Partner for external funding –Signs a Grant Contract with the relevant Contracting Authority –Financial and legal responsibility for the project part in concern

INTERREG III B CADSES Neighbourhood Programme 2000 - 2006 Project size No fixed limitation to the ERDF budget (between 0.5 and 5.0 M€) –Limitation of the amount still available in the measure / priority –Budget size allowing two or more projects per measure PHARE, CARDS, Tacis –Funding between 45,000 € and 270,000 € per contract (not per partner) –Min. 10% Co-financing
