School Arrival & Dismissal O Students may arrive on campus at 8:50 a.m. O Parking lot is closed until 9:10 a.m. O Teachers pick students up at 9:00 a.m. O Students will not be released early between 3:00 p.m. – 3:26 p.m. O Dismissal at 3:26 p.m. O Gates will open at 3:15p.m. & close at 3:45p.m. O Expectations of Secondary Students on Campus O SafeKey Applications O After School Care Process and Agreement O Boys and Girls Club/Child Haven

Attendance O Being in school is critical to your child’s development O Student participation in school sponsored clubs and activities will not be permitted once a child reaches ten absences. Refer to activity guidelines. O If a student is absent from school, they will not be able to participate in after school clubs that day.

Curriculum Night O Please join us for Curriculum Night this Fall. O Information will be shared about Bilbray’s curriculum and strategies to use at home with your child.

Your Role to Ensure Student Success O Engage in conversations with your child about what they are learning in school. O Review your child’s paperwork- Weekly Communicators, back packs, student planners to know what is happening at school. O Be active in your child’s learning: attend school functions, volunteer if your schedule permits. O Review your child’s progress reports and discuss learning goals for them to achieve. O Ask questions of your child and child’s teacher if something is unclear.
