Ingredients 70 dkg beef 3 big onion 2 cloves of garlic 400 ml meat broth 4 spoons oil 2 teaspoons red pepper smooth flour salt, pepper and caraway

„Moravský Vrabec“/Moravian Sparrow It´s one of the most typical Czech meals consisting of dumplings, pork roast, cabbage or spinach.

They are sweet dumplings stuffed with fresh fruit – usually plums.

750 g plum, same number lump of sugar, 700 g boiled floury potatoes, pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 250 g flour. It´s popular Czech sweet dish. People fill these potato dumplings with various fruit – strawberries, plums, apricots etc.
