7. Your commitment? Attend the weekend retreat Attend a course in the spring and fall semester at UCB Work full time conducting research during the summer at UCB Answer a series of on- line surveys for the research component -Past and current fellows get together

8. Your Compensation? The weekend retreat is paid for We pay you $340 per month to participate in the fall and spring course We pay you $2000 per month (for two months) during the summer We pay bart expenses to and from the nearest bart station from your home
