6. Choose your slide Layout I often use a blank slide and Insert my own Text Boxes and images.

13. Inserting a Text Box Click on the screen to add a text box. Type your text into the Text box. One way to resize text is to select the text and press Ctrl + ] to increase the text CTRL + [ to decrease text size.

27. Screen Capture The easiest way to capture a screen is to use the Print Screen key. Press Print Screen and then Paste the screen shot into PowerPoint CTRL & V or Edit | Paste
