8 Russia port cities Russia has 5 important ports cities It is hard for the port cities to transport goods because the water in all the other port cities are frozen. Kaliningrad, and St. Petersburg. Murmansk, Vladivostok, and Astrakhan Kaliningrad has eliminated all taxes on shipping good. St. Petersburg makes light machinery, textiles, scientific, and medical equipment While the other port cities trade bring goods to Russia.
