Fielding was convicted in Illinois in March 1997 for “predatory criminal sexual abuse” (victim was 8 years old, he was 26)
Fielding was paroled to Tennessee in 2009
He was arrested in August 2010 for a “registration violation” and received a one-year term, which he is serving at the Davidson County Jail in Nashville
