This class is for high school credit, counts for GPA, and class rank. Grades in 6 th grade must be strong in order to have a chance of being successful. We will consider some criteria (grades & perhaps STAAR scores) when filling seats in Spanish 1A. Spanish I AD is available in 8 th grade where students can earn 1 high school credit in 1 year. Students who do not get into Spanish 1A in 7 th grade (due to a restriction in the number of seats available) will be put at the top of the list for 8 th grade Spanish I AD if they so desire.

8. COURSE SELECTION PROCESS Students will be given a course selection sheet 1 week before they are scheduled to go into the computer lab with me to select their classes. They should bring their course selection sheet fill out and signed by you to the computer lab. We will select their courses on line. They will go to the Lab with their Social Studies teacher. We will be in the labs on the 16 th, 17 th, 18 th, and 19 th of February.
