EUROPEANA - ONLINE VISITOR SURVEY - 2011 Methodology Online survey – 15 structured questions – some comparable to 2009 11th May – 25th May 2011 Incentivised – Entry into prize draw for iPad Invitations – link from homepage, email to subscribers of Europeana eNews, posted on Europeana Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Blog pages Languages – English, German, French, Italian, Polish and Spanish Responses – 5,231 responses Aims To obtain user feedback on a range of factors – Profession, Institution, Reason for Use, Language, Residency, Frequency, Rating against main competitor and new features.
