The government has a program that they send people out to get rid of marijuana and other drugs. Most of the government is corrupt, because of all the drugs they destroy they can keep it and make money off it to benefit themselves. Most of the deals are held in Jamaica. Colombians like to work with Jamaica when it comes to drugs.
