13. Intended effects of WikiWijs Teaching quality - availability and user- friendliness of open educational resources an important precondition to using IT to improve quality. Enhances collaboration Improving efficiency – time & cost Improving services – can be used to structure teaching more flexibly and individually to improve learning quality, but they must be sufficient and correct resources
