1. STEP-1 Open the screw cap with some sharp pin point object. STEP-2 Unscrew all the screws with help of a “+” type screwdriver. STEP-3 Disengage all the connectors from their respective slots. SECONDARY HEATER FIXING IN THROUGH DRAINS OF FF-TITANIUM SERIES

2. STEP-4 Open the F-Louver and take it away. STEP-5 Open the screw in right side which holds the heater/ evaporator assembly in cabinet. STEP-6 Pull the tubes looping over the evaporator assembly outward.

3. STEP-7: Lift the evaporator assembly.STEP-8: Pull out the through drain. STEP-9: Pull out the through drain and clean properly So that Al-Foil heater stick properly.

4. STEP-10: Peel out the paper from secondary heater. STEP-11: Assemble the heater in though drain as shown in picture after cleaning with cloth

5. STEP-12 Put the Through Drain assembly back in its slot. STEP-13 Paste the harness in right corner and put the evaporator down in its initial position. STEP-14 Take out the connectors safely from behind of EPS covers only without damaging sleeves of harness.

6. STEP-15 Connect the heater connector in middle slot of male connector given in right upper corner. STEP-16 Re-adjust the tube loops on top of evaporator assembly. STEP-17 Fix the screws back to fix the evaporator assembly in cabinet.
