Each partner will select one contact person as reference for the others during the project execution At these effects, the contact data of this person (email, telephone, fax, address, Skype ID) should be facilitated from the very beginning. It is responsibility of the contact person to notify any change in the data provided, including the periods of non-availability (leaves, trips, holidays…). If this is the case, another person will be assigned to substitute him or her, or other contact means should be facilitated. Comunication means Distribution List (e-mail) It will be the main communication mean The subject should always include the title “First S&J” followed by the main issue of the e-mail in order to facilitate its identification The coordinator will send common emails to all project partners when dealing with general subjects Each organization will decide the name or names to be included in this distribution list, apart from the contact person Although an immediate answer is not always possible, project partners are kindly requested to answer with an “OK” or “Read it.
