Using at OMS for Reading, Math, and ELL support; OBJH for Math and ELL support; and SHS for Reading and ELL support Rural & Low Income Schools $80,289 Available only to districts with rural designation and meeting high poverty factor (based on census) Federal $$ Restricted use. Pays for staff training and additional support/mentoring of homeless students. Title X – Homeless (competitive grant, awarded for 3 years 2010-2013) $30,000/yearFederal $$ Restricted use. Pays for a portion of required Homeless Liaison, required excess transportation costs, and help to families with school related expenses.
