Concrete goals for learning. How I am going to be there? Resources. Leaning skills, knowledge and attitudes. Concrete learning strategy. How I can learn? How I know that I have reached my goal? Evaluation, learning criteria. How do I know that I have learned?

Reflective portfolio Start with wanted outcomes – personal goals. Self- evaluation. Learning process. Description; accuracy of knowledge and description of facts, events and processes: own reading, group discussions, clinical experiences, other personal experiences. “Critical thinking: demonstrating abilities to analyse, synthesize and generalize information from a number of different sources.” Personal exploration – depth or reflection; ability to explore and evaluate your own feelings and attitudes. Making connections – connections between theoretical principles and your own experiences or observations of professional practice. “Cyclical reflection – the extent of reflection on the process of learning that has occurred, the changes and development that has occurred in your learning.”
