2
From any UNBC web page, select the PROGRAMS & COURSES link at the top of the page.
3
From the floating menu bar, select Course Schedule
4
Select the semester you want to search using the drop-down term menu; then Submit.
5
You must choose at least one subject in order to search for classes. If you want, you can also enter the first number of the course level you are looking for. Quick Tip! ‘1’ 100 level = First Year ‘2’ 200 level = Second Year ‘3’ 300 level = Third Year ‘4’ 400 level = Fourth Year
6
Class results will be displayed from lowest to highest course number within the subject. Note different sections. A= Lecture section L = Lab section T = Tutorial section C = Lecture & Lab together
7
Check days and times of course sections carefully. Overlap is not permitted between registered class times. Quick Tip! M=Monday T=Tuesday W=Wednesday R=Thursday F=Friday S=Saturday U=Sunday

Click on a course title to display additional details and information about the class section.
9
Note the seats available, as well as any pre-requisites (courses that must be completed before registering in a class).
10
Take a note of the CRN (Course Registration Number). This number will be required when registering. Only one lecture section is required to register. Quick Tip! Each course section (lecture, lab, and tutorial) has a unique 5 digit CRN.
11
Some classes may also require a lab or tutorial section when registering. A= Lecture section L = Lab section T = Tutorial section C = Lecture & Lab together
12
If a lab is required, select a section that fits your schedule. Only one section is required to register. A= Lecture section L = Lab section T = Tutorial section C = Lecture & Lab together
13
Tutorials (if required) are selected the same way as labs. A= Lecture section L = Lab section T = Tutorial section C = Lecture & Lab together
14
To search for a different subject, use the BACK button on your internet browser.
15
Required courses should always be selected first, elective courses last. Quick Tip! An ‘Elective’ is a class that is required for your degree, but not necessarily for your intended major or minor.
16
Once you have a conflict free schedule, you can register for classes online through Student Online Services.
