Standby Pressure Adjustment “GP1” Main Pressure 500-3500 PSI Install 0-5000 PSI pressure guage on GP1 Loosen jam nut on standby pressure adjustment valve Turn on machine and adjust standby pressue to 500 PSI. Lock down adjustment and verify pressure is still at 500 PSI Turn off machine and remove pressure gauge Standby Pressure Adjustment

Max Pressure Adjustment “GP1” Main Pressure 500-3500 PSI Install 0-5000 PSI pressure gauge on GP1 Loosen jam nut on standby pressure adjustment valve Turn on machine and deadhead boom retract and adjust max system pressure to 3500 PSI. Lock down adjustment and verify pressure is still at 3500 PSI while retract is deadheaded Turn off machine and remove pressure gauge Max Pressure Adjustment

Max Relief Pressure Adjustment “GP1” Main Pressure 500-3500 PSI To adjust main relief pressure remove arm rest/main valve cover plate Remove Acorn/Cap nut of the main relief valve Loosen jam nut and turn adjustment screw all the way in. Hook up a 5000 PSI gauge to GP1 Start the engine and adjust main pressure to 4500 Psi while deadheading boom retract. Slowly back out the main relief adjustment till you start to see a pressure drop or hear the bypass while deadheading boom retract Once this obtained turn main relief adjustment screw in till bypass sound is stopped. Tighten Jam nut, reinstall acorn/cup nut, and install arm rest cover. Back the max pump pressure to 3500 psi as per the max pump pressure adjustment procedure. Max Pressure Adjustment Main Relief Adjustment 4500 PSI
