2. Direct Customer Display all of the categories that a Direct Customer has access to. Displaying the sub-categories of the Battletech Line. Along with some new products that were added for April.

3. Direct Customer Display all of the contents of the Battletech > Mechs category. The product listing will contain a picture, name, model, price information. The ability to buy now is given, which allows for the customer to add one of that product right into their shopping cart. Selecting a product from the category will display more information about the product. Along with the ability to change quantity and add it to their shopping cart. If the customer chooses, they can leave a review of the product.

4. Direct Customer Displays what is in their shopping cart and will allow the customer to change quantities or remove that product was updating the cart. Also on the right side of the screen, there is a box for contents of the shopping cart, so that you know what you are shopping for more products. Below that is order history, which will display previous items that you have purchased. The last box is bestsellers, this lists the top selling products by categories that you have purchased from.

5. Direct Customer This is step one of four in the checkout process, which displays the current shipping address. Along with what shipping methods are available to pick from. The customer can also add comments about the order, that the store owners will see.

6. Direct Customer Step two of the checkout process is selecting the billing address and the payment method. The user will be able to change the billing address if need be along with selecting the correct payment type. Just like the first step, the customer can add comments.

7. Direct Customer Step three of the checkout process is the order confirmation page. This allows the customer to review the products to be purchases, shipping and billing address, and the payment method.

8. Direct Customer Step four of the checkout process is submitting the order. The customer will be presented with the message above about their order has been processed.

9. Direct Customer After an order has been placed, the customer can go back and view their order history. The image to the left is displaying the order information of the selected order. At the bottom of the image, it will display the status of the order, this one is Pending. There are two other order status, processing and delivered that the store owner will set on orders.

10. Retail Store Customer This a screen shot of the Battletech > Mechs category for Retail Stores customer group. The difference between Retail Stores and Direct customers is that retail stores get 46% discount on products that are in distribution. Some products they have available to them before direct customers, such as the three bottom mechs. The above screen shot of the Battletech Product Line for Retail Stores shows a few less sub- categories. This is because some sub-categories, such as Online Exclusives, are only Direct.

11. Distributor Customer This a screen shot of the Battletech > Mechs category for Distributor customer group. The difference between Distributor and Direct customers is that distributor get 55% discount on products that are in distribution. Some products they have available to them before direct customers, such as the three bottom mechs. The above screen shot of the Battletech Product Line for Distributor shows a few less sub- categories. This is because some sub-categories, such as Online Exclusives, are only Direct.

12. Distributor Customer This mech selected from the product list is different from Retail Stores and Direct Customer in that Distributors have a minimum order quantities. For all blisters packages they have a minimum order of six and clamshells have a minimum order of three.

13. Contract Casting Customer The Dark Sword Contract Casting customer will only see their product lines. To the left is what different lines are available to Dark Sword. As a contract casting customer, Dark Sword will not be able to see any other Iron Wind Metals product lines. The Category view of Dark Sword product lines.

14. Contract Casting Customer To the left is the Dark Sword > Box Set category and the product in it. As a Contract Casting customer, they agree to a certain price to pay for their products when they sign their contract with Iron Wind Metals. To the right is an example order from the Dark Sword Contract Casting customer.
