The Results It is split even if dress codes are good for schools. 75% of the people surveyed did not have to wear uniforms while attending grade school 25% thought wearing uniforms would be good for school, whereas 50% believed uniforms would be bad for school. The remaining 25% thought that the parents should decide.

5. The Results (cont’d) People strongly thought that uniforms would “allow for the students not to break the dress codes” and that “it allows uniformity”. However, when hearing the word “uniform”, all responders said that there is a negative connotation along with the word. 50% believe uniforms will not stop bullying, while the other 50% believe it can stop some bullying. Everybody said that this survey made them think about uniforms. 75% of the responders were male, and 25% female.
