Yoga concentrates on improving balance, flexibility, relaxation & breathing technique. This is a very great way to learn how to manage & relieve stress. For yoga your going to have to have flexibility mainly because were going to be doing a lot of stretching. Here is an example of a woman stretching for yoga.

Kickboxing is a cardiovascular class that incorporates martial arts, shadow boxing, kickboxing & sports drill. Basically Kickboxing your will need STRENGTH and endurance because you need to know how to RUN without complaining and you must have the strength and not give up. Kickboxing could really help your weight because your losing weight mainly. Look at this picture his stance his structure you can learn how to do this at our 3pm classes.

This cardiovascular workout is performed on a stationary bicycle focusing on proper body alignment & proper cycling techniques. It is a endurance & strength exercise because your working on muscles. MAKE SURE YOU BRING WATER. You’ll need good flexibility also. We’ll teach you good posture
