4. Outstanding PA Change Orders 412/10/2013 There are no outstanding PA Change Orders. On 11/8/13, the PA sent a letter to the FCC in lieu of a change order for INC Issue 740: Allow pooled NXXs with ports to be returned via PAS (when there are blocks assigned to other SPs), which was placed into initial closure effective October 18, 2013 and into final closure effective November 15, 2013.

5. 2013 Performance Surveys for the NANPA, PA and RNA The 2012 NANPA, PA, and RNA survey forms were reviewed and updated for 2013 by the NOWG with input from the NANPA, PA, and RNA. Proposed Timeline:  Survey Deployment – January 2, 2014  Responses Due – January 31, 2014  NOWG Presentation of Performance Reports – June, 2014 NANPA, PA, and RNA 2013 Performance Surveys and Cover Letters were distributed to the NANC for review.  The NOWG requests NANC approval of the 2013 Surveys. 512/10/2013
