REQUIREMENTS: Be at least 18 years old OR Have a high school diploma OTHER FACTS: 112 CCCs AA/AS Degrees and Certificates Tuition: $46/unit

California State Universities
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2.0 GPA C or Better in A-G Courses SAT or ACT High school diploma OTHER FACTS: 23 Cal States BA/BS, MA/MS and some Doctoral and Professional Degrees Tuition: ~ $6,000-7,000/year

University of California
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3.0 GPA C or Better in A-G Courses SAT or ACT Personal Statement Extracurricular Activities High school diploma OTHER FACTS: 9 Undergraduate UCs BA/BS, MA/MS, Doctoral and Professional Degrees Tuition: ~ $14,000

Private/Independent Colleges
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3.0 GPA C or Better in A-G Courses SAT or ACT Personal Statement Extracurricular Activities Letters of Recommendation High school diploma OTHER FACTS: 72 CA Privates/Independents BA/BS only or BA/BS, MA/MS and Doctoral and Professional Degrees Tuition: ~ $40,000 or more

As a 10th Grader You Should:
Keep your grades up! Get involved in extracurricular activities. Build good relationships with your teachers and counselors. Do something meaningful each summer. Research different colleges and visit college campuses. Take the PSAT seriously in the fall.
