* Individualized Learning Plan for each student * A learning coach (usually the parent) * Daily lesson plans (available anytime, anyplace) * K-8: one teacher for each student 9-12: team of teachers for each student * Required attendance & standardized testing * Early grades: students spend no more than 20- 30% of time on computer
