Choose ‘Manage Templates’ from the Options menu.

Acquisitions Workflow 1.Go to the search selections screen in GOBI. Choose the initials for selectors from your library to retrieve their selections (or choose the sub-account). 2.Unless a PO# is necessary, no further changes should be needed. 3.Use the GobiExpress function or your Order Cart to transmit the orders to YBP.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Management Reports Expenditure Reports Approval Expenditure Reports By Subject Fund By Subject Classification By Publisher or Publisher Type By Series By Descriptive Parameters By Content Level Report Parameters can be saved and retrieved. Reports can be saved in various formats and can be emailed directly from GOBI.
