Copyright © 2013 Human Workflows, LLC What is dominant behavior I observe: perceiving or judging? Are they Extro or Intro verted? You know their dominant and auxiliary functions for S1 and S2. If you are really good, you will communicate in their tertiary and inferior for S3 and S4. Develop yourself as you develop others!
