2  Created by the moderator  Two types: public and private  Rooms have their own private audio, video, whiteboard, application sharing, etc.  Cannot be recorded  Cannot be created or managed on mobile devices

3  When participants are moved to breakout room, the Participants List is updated with the name of the room(s)

4  Tools>Breakout Rooms>Send to Breakout Room>New Private Breakout Room OR  Right-click (control-click on Macs) on Participants list>Send to Breakout Room>New Private Breakout Room  Are temporary  When the last person leaves, the room closes

5  As you add more than one private breakout room, they will be named Private Room (1), Private Room (2), etc.

6  Tools>Breakout Rooms>Create Breakout Rooms OR  Participants panel Options>Create Breakout Rooms  Can create several at one time, and move people into the rooms when you wish

7  Enter a name for the room(s)  If you choose “Divide into Groups,” the number will be cleared  “Don’t move participants” means you assign the participants to their respective rooms  Consider promoting one participant to moderator so all features can be used

8  Go to Tools>Breakout Rooms>Allow Participants to Move Themselves to Breakout Rooms  Participants select room from the Room menu

9  Limit the number of active cameras to ALL rooms in session  Highly bandwidth-intensive  Go to Tools>Video>Maximum Simultaneous Cameras
