4  Listen to what your children are trying to tell you.  Adults don’t always know more than kids.  Looks can be deceiving.

6  Suspense  Fear of the Unknown

7  Mink and other young children are gathering metal objects for a game called “Invasion”.

8  Mink tells Mom about Drill  Mink tells Mom about Drill’s promises  Mary learns “invasion” is happening other places  Dad comes home and they hear explosions.  Parents run to the attic  Mom throws away key  Parents hear marching, see light

9  Mom and Dad see the attic lock melt and realize they aren’t safe.

10  Mink says, “Peek-a-boo!”

11  Something will happen to Mink’s parents and other parents across the country.
