BEGINNING THE PROCESS In your Wingate Email account you will receive an email stating “Football Student-Athlete Complimentary Ticket Request Form” This email should have a link that will take you directly to the OrgSync Athletic Football Student- Athlete Complimentary Ticket Request Form *Please make sure to star or favorite the email so you can find in throughout the season* You will not need a log in or password the link should take you directly to the form If the link does not open you need to contact Emma Wallace at easchuman@wingate.edu or 704-233-8193

O NCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE EMAIL You will click the link and be directed to the Athletics Football Student Athlete Complimentary Ticket Request form On that form there are two locations to click to fill out the form. Directly under the title there is a “Fill out” link or the green box at the top right side of the page “Fill Out this Form” Clicking on either will direct you to the portion of the form that must be completed

7. Once on the Football Student-Athlete Request for Complimentary Tickets form make sure to read the instructions at the top fully. These instructions explain that you are allowed 4 complimentary tickets to give but if your parents/guardians have purchased season tickets then this number will decrease. For example, if a football players two parents buy season tickets then that player is only allowed 2 complimentary tickets per game.

8. F ILLING O UT THE F ORM All of the boxes in the form must be filled out in order to submit the form. You will need to enter your full name, the home game specifically you are leaving tickets to, and the full names of the individuals you are leaving tickets for. Once these boxes have been completed hit the submit button. **Note: This process must be done for every home game. The drop down box has the date and opponent for all the home football games for the 2012 season **Note: This form is to be submitted on the Friday before the Saturday home game at 4 pm. If you do not submit the form before Friday at 4 pm you will not be able to leave complimentary tickets for that game

10. A PPROVAL /D ENIAL OF THE F ORM The compliance office will review the forms as they are submitted throughout the week for approval or denial. All forms will be approved if all the lines are filled out completely, a home game has been designated, and the student-athlete has left the correct number of tickets. A denial will occur if a student-athlete has not included needed information or has provided more tickets than he has to give. For example if your parents are season ticket holders then you only have 2 complimentary tickets to give. If you fill out 4 names in the form it will be denied. Any denials will be given a chance to re-submit the form as long as it is before Friday at 4 pm.
