6.  An internet-based email program.  The ONLY authorized email program to be used by AMS students.  Safe email service for all students, teachers, & staff (monitored by school gaggle adminstrators & teachers).

7.  Give students email capability.  Involve students in projects that utilize email.  Teach students email etiquette  Provide a platform for student communication with parents.

8.  Use Digital Locker to complete school assignments at home.  Correspond with teachers regarding class and/or assignments.  Email teacher for make-up work when absent.  Submit completed assignments to teachers via email.

9.  Email assignments to each other for peer editing.  Discuss group work via email.  Conduct online interviews.  Message boards to students.

10.  SCHOOL WORK ONLY!!  Always use the SUBJECT line  Keep email short---no novels!  Use an salutation: “Dear Mrs. Lily Bordallo” or at least just “Mrs. Bordallo”  Using a Closing: “Thank you, Mrs. Bordallo.” or “Have a good day, Tom.” Use proper language
