2. 2 Timeline: o Approx 7:20 AM (PST) OATI receives notification from customer that there is an issue  Customers appears to be having trouble with Westtrans and WIT and are unable to submit etags o RC’s implement WIAB criteria, post “Interchange Authority Emergency” to WECC Net  BA/TP/PSE are asked to operate to the most recent duplicate copy of its aggregate NSI as last confirmed by the IA. December 6 th Outage

3. 3 BA/TP’s continue to operate to last confirmed interchange until approximately 9:15 AM (PST) when RC’s declared emergency over. December 6 th Outage Cont’d

4. 4 How well do ISAS members feel their scheduling shops managed through this outage? o Were RT staff(s) familiar enough with the WIAB procedures that operations continued with little impact? Are there suggested changes to the WIAB regional criteria? Tests of the WIAB procedures are intended to be conducted annually. o No test was conducted in 2014  Delayed due to lack of availability & lack of participation o Do members feel this outage serves as sufficient test? If not should a test be conducted this spring? Discussion Questions
