2. This book is about a kid named Percy and his friends Annabeth, Grover and Percy’s brother Tyson. They are half-bloods and they have to stay at a special camp. Percy and Tyson go to the same school and they just got accused of ruining the gym when they did nothing! They are both forced to go to Camp Half-blood to stay safe. When they get to the camp they find out that the magical borders that protect the camp from monsters has been poisoned by a mysterious person. Unless a cure is found the border which is a tree will die and monsters could just come in and kill all the half-bloods. The camps activities director has been accused of the

3. crime and has been fired. Also while Percy sleeps at night his friend Grover (who is away trying to find a long lost relative, Pan) keeps sending him messages about how he is trapped somewhere in the Sea of Monsters and needs help because a Cyclops has kidnapped him and wants to marry him! Back at the camp Annabeth tells Percy that if they can find the Golden Fleece in The Sea Of Monsters they can save the camp with it’s healing power. Percy, Annabeth and Tyson set out on the adventure to try and find Grover and the Golden Fleece. Will they find Grover and the Golden Fleece? Read the book to find out!

5. I am going to tell you the character traits of Percy and Annabeth. Percy is courageous and amazing. He is courageous because he has to fight all the monsters they find on the way to find Grover and the Golden Fleece. He is amazing because since he is son of the sea god, Poseidon he can make huge waves to attack enemies or carry themselves, if he has a wound he can cure himself in the water and he can turn ships around in the water. I think Annabeth is smart and caring. I think she is smart because before Percy knew nothing about the Sea of

6. Monsters or the Golden Fleece and she told him. Also she knows just about every old tale. I think she is caring because when Percy was hurt she helped him up and made sure he was okay.

7. I would give this book a 10 out of 10 because it really interested me with all the mystery and suspense. Also I liked how the book kind of ended on a cliff hanger.
