2 Preparing for the Interview Before you conduct the interview you will need to do a number of things like: Prepare your interview questions. Prepare your interview questions. 3 Setting the Background  Pick a clean and comfortable area for your interview.  Make sure the room that you interview in is quiet so that your voices can be heard on camera.  Position the camera on a tripod to prevent a shaky recording  that will make viewers dizzy.
