2 About NewCourtland  History reflects more than a century of service to Philadelphia  Today serves as a leading non-profit, long-term care provider based in Philadelphia that is “Defining the Future of Senior Services” through community based-services, affordable housing, nursing homes, education and workforce development  Tenets are education, technology, innovative programming, high-quality, people-centered care and a commitment to the staff that deliver that care  Currently employs nearly 2,200 in its Network

3  Part of the NewCourtland Network Employee PRIDE initiative  Launched in 2003 in collaboration with Home Buy Now  Provides $3K contribution towards the purchase of a home in Philadelphia within a five-mile radius of a NewCourtland Network property  Has served 59 people and granted $169K since FY 2004 About YOUrHOME

5 YOUrHOME Eligibility  Must work full-time or at least 30 hours/per pay  In good-standing with at least one year of service  First-Time Home-Buyer  Home must be owner-occupied and not more than a two family property  Qualified for a mortgage with a participating lender

6  Purchase within a five-mile radius of any NewCourtland Network property and within the City of Philadelphia  Use a participating, approved Lender  Non-taxable fringe benefit payable to settlement agent towards down payment or related closing costs  Financial assistance withdrawn if sale is canceled YOUrHOME Guidelines
