All rights reserved There are now 3 Publisher sub tabs on the Marketing Choices page: My Publisher Web Sites shows the list of Web Sites that your listings are currently being distributed to, My Publisher Web-Site Choices is where you can find all available publishers in the Century 21 listing distribution network and view more information about each, and My Publisher Website Settings displays different auto-subscribe options that the broker has available. We will review each of these tabs in this presentation.

All rights reserved If the site does power additional Web Sites there is a link to view exactly which sites this site powers, so you will be able to be very clear and confident in knowing exactly on which Web sites your listings may be displayed. In this Publisher Web Site detail page, you can view a detailed description about this particular Web Site in order to learn more about them, and you can easily see, as indicated by the red plus sign, whether this Web Site powers an extended network of sites.

All rights reserved Similar to sites like Yelp, these ratings can help you to gather information from your peers about their perspectives on the value of the site. Sales agents are able to view these overall ratings in their Golden Ruler dashboard, but are not able to submit their own ratings at this time.

All rights reserved You can select any criteria here in the Filter Publishers section to filter the sites and display only those sites that meet that specific criteria. To learn more about the meaning of the criteria, just hover your mouse over the help icon next to the criteria point and a definition will display for you!

All rights reserved 1 2 3 Similar to the My Publisher Web Sites tab, you can also view the basic information for each site at a glance, such as (1) whether or not that site powers an extended network of sites, (2) and the overall number of criteria that the Publisher Web Site meets, as well as (3) the overall broker rating for the publisher.

This tab is where you can see whether or not your broker has enabled auto-subscription settings. This means that when Publisher Web sites that are added in the future, your listings will be fed to those Web sites automatically.
