Altria’s Sophomore Leadership Development Program is a four-part workshop series designed to help Sophomores do the following:
Build the skills necessary to secure an internship and be an effective intern
Develop a personal brand & learn how to effectively market yourself
Enhance your professional and communication skills
Interact with Fortune 200 company leaders & gain insight into the recruiting process
