Centralized access to peer-supplied documents, including various plans, agreements, governance, policy, legislation, SOPs, funding and other useful documents Ability for members to submit documents to a national repository for sharing with peers Security and authentication ensures that only members with appropriate authorization have access to sensitive documents Contact list of other NIIX community members Calendar and event announcements

You can also get a list of all the Communities that are on the NIIX site by clicking on the right hand side of the page above the national map. Communities

Every member of the Community sees this page, complete with calendar, announcements, and documents. Email notifications may be sent to the Community with a document upload or as an individual message. Communities

They currently have 134 documents that they are sharing among 58 Community members.

These Categories, which are similar to folders, can be organized in a way that users will be able to drill-down to the appropriate file. Categories

This list can be sorted by any of the column headers that are in blue. If a users wants to only view documents from one category that category can be selected on the left navigation bar.

Once a Coordinator has posted a document to the Community, any member of the Community can make comments regarding that document. To add a comment, you simply begin typing in the Comment box.
