www.smcoe.org Stakeholder engagement (SSC) 1.Conduct a needs assessment with the district leadership team prior to stakeholder engagement meetings 2.Consult with teachers, principals, school personnel, pupils, local bargaining units, parents 3.Look at your LCAP goals, actions, services: Are you addressing the needs? 4.Develop recommendations for your LCAP (Annual Update) 5.Present the recommendations to parent advisory committees, EL parent advisory committees

(SSC page 6) 3.Look at your LCAP goals/services: Do you see an alignment with these needs? 4.What might we need to add, revise, modify for the 2016-17 LCAP?
