Joint Knowledge Management Tool – DB Structure The Joint Knowledge Management Tool is an on line DataBase that can be queried to have in a very simple and immediate way information about previous and on-going Projects and/or Initiatives and/or Programmes. The DB is not static but can be improved and updated by all users, representing in this way a proper «Joint Knowledge Management Tool».

Joint Knowledge Management Tool In order to built the DB, for the Taxonomy we defined 3 Levels of Criteria a. 3 Pillars: Terminal Services, New Lines, Infomobility b. Tematic Objectives/Investment Priority/Specific Objectives of European Territorial Cooperation Programme in the Targeted Area c. Technical Criteria: - Objectives (Economic, Environmental, Congestion…) - Status (Study, Pilot/Experiemental, Temporary, Permanent) - Evaluation Tool (Financial, Environmental, Flows analysis…) - Stakeholders/Beneficiaries (Cities, Ports, Citizens, Tourists, Touristic Operators…) - Business Model (Public/Private Finance of Infrastructure, Operation Financing, Management (Public, Private, PPP, PPPP) - Geographic Coverage

Sustainability Plan Main Comments sent to partners If needed, E.R.F.C. asked to PPs that sent their contribution to improve their sustainability plan. The most frequent requests made by E.R.F.C. are: 1.To provide an estimation of the setup costs as well as the budget needed for the operation of the pilot 2.To specify the required skills and experience needed by the staff in order to run the pilot 3.To use the common template, provided by ERFC 4.To be more specific and concrete about their answers and/or not avoid answering

Action 3.4 – Cross Fertilization E.R.F.C. asked and is asking PPs that have organized or is planning to organize Cross Fertilization Events to provide: -Dates -Agenda -Photos -Presentations -Minutes (if any) -Press releases etc -Information regarding any related follow-up (if any) Actually also for this data collection is difficult to obtain feedbacks.
