Supporting the Vision and Mission of the SCDE The vision of the SCDE is that All students graduate prepared for success in college, careers, and citizenship. OSES supports SCDE vision and mission by ensuring that all children with disabilities in SC have available a free appropriate public education (FAPE) in order to be college-and career- and community ready post graduation.
