Capital Thanks to its many participating lenders, SBA Wyoming District Office guaranteed loan approvals totaled just over $43 million during FY 2015. Benefits to borrowers Longer maturities, lower down payments Competitive interest rates, refinancing existing business debt SBA guaranteed loans can be used for most business purposes, including Real estate – purchase or construction Machinery and equipment Inventory Working capital Financing start-ups & business expansions Some debt refinancing

Contracting Federal government contracts awarded in Wyoming totaled just over $281 million during FY 2015, and of this, $54.7 million was spent with Wyoming small businesses & other entities. SBA works with other federal agencies to ensure that small businesses get their fair share of federal contracting dollars SBA also works directly with small businesses, provides contracting training, and offers certification & self-certification contracting and business development programs The SBA Wyoming District Office has a co-sponsorship agreement in place with the Wyoming Entrepreneur PTAC to offer joint training in Wyoming

Disaster Assistance Last spring, following the President’s federal disaster declaration as a result of the severe storms and flooding, SBA disaster assistance was available in Albany, Johnson, Niobrara and Platte counties. SBA works with FEMA and state and local agencies following disasters to assist individuals and businesses of all sizes Following a Presidential Disaster Declaration, loans are available to help individuals and businesses cover uninsured losses
