4. Requirements 9/2/09 Functional Requirements: Record and reconstruct the accelerometer data into an animation The animation should be accurate up to 85% of the actual motions of the athletes. Timing Requirements: The system will record in real-time and take no more than 3 minutes to finish reconstruction. Reliability: The parts attached to the runner should tolerate normal running wear and tear. The battery should last at least 3 hours.

5. Requirements 9/2/09 Portability: The parts that connect to the athletes should be able to operate in a variety of conditions without hindering the athlete. Safety: The system should not harm the athlete in any way.
