Innovation: “to renew or change,” generally referring to the creation of better or more effective products, processes, technologies, or ideas that are accepted by markets and society. Innovation differs from invention in that innovation generally signifies a substantial positive change compared to incremental changes.

Culture: “The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution, organization or group.”
