Process Begins with faculty Required Information entered in Banner Workflow Web Interface Can be tracked by submitter at all times via Web Notified when complete or issues via e-mail If returned, there needs to be a reason entered Can be cycled back through for everyone’s information All attachments remain

6. How? Entered via Banner Workflow Checks in place for information Process all via e-mail Hyperlinks to exact page Reminders sent after # days at one spot When complete, filed at Registrar’s Office
