Appointment Scheduling  Used for scheduling appointments with academic advisors.  Students currently are able to schedule their own appointments online and in person for group or individual session.  Email confirmation sent to both students and advisors with follow up reminders.  Option to add to outlook calendar

6. Recording Visits  Track all interaction with students (online, phone or in person)  Used as our electronic sign-in sheet  Log listing-digital sign-in sheet with real time listing of students waiting or is been seen by advisor  Quick visit used after fact meeting
