Appointment Scheduling Used for scheduling appointments with academic advisors. Students currently are able to schedule their own appointments online and in person for group or individual session. Email confirmation sent to both students and advisors with follow up reminders. Option to add to outlook calendar

Recording Visits Track all interaction with students (online, phone or in person) Used as our electronic sign-in sheet Log listing-digital sign-in sheet with real time listing of students waiting or is been seen by advisor Quick visit used after fact meeting

Viewing Student History Able to track a student visit history in your office or anywhere else on campus Ability to add, edit appointment and visit notes for every student visit Advisement forms are easily uploaded to student record and student can view

Reporting Features Standardized reports which revolve around student interaction with your office (appointment and visit information specific) Save and share favorite reports Automate and receive reports via email
