AZHMP - Funding ► FY06 Funding - $428K Grant (a.k.a. earmark) through NGS to Arizona State Lands Department ► Managed by State Cartographer’s Office (SCO) ► Plan Developed with SCO Advisory Team Private and Public Sector Membership ► FY07 Grant Applied For Looks Promising, but No News Yet So: How Do You Do $2M+ Worth of Work with $428K? ► FY06 Funding - $428K Grant (a.k.a. earmark) through NGS to Arizona State Lands Department ► Managed by State Cartographer’s Office (SCO) ► Plan Developed with SCO Advisory Team Private and Public Sector Membership ► FY07 Grant Applied For Looks Promising, but No News Yet So: How Do You Do $2M+ Worth of Work with $428K?

AZHMP-Funded AZCORS Sites Partnership 2 ► AZHMP agrees to: Provide equipment & license for 9 sites Operate Station Distribute Static & Real-Time data ► Partner provides some combination of: Facility for base station Funding support ► Equipment, installation, etc. ► Location Must Support AZHMP Goals ► AZHMP agrees to: Provide equipment & license for 9 sites Operate Station Distribute Static & Real-Time data ► Partner provides some combination of: Facility for base station Funding support ► Equipment, installation, etc. ► Location Must Support AZHMP Goals

Partner-Funded AZCORS Sites Partnership 3 ► Partner agrees to: Buy base station under AZHMP contract ► ~$15K (equipment & software license) Keep Station as part of AZCORS for 3 years Provide Site that meets AZCORS criteria ► AZHMP agrees to: Operate and manage station Distribute Static & Real-Time data ► Partner can be Private or Public Sector Partner does not even have to be in AZ ► Partner agrees to: Buy base station under AZHMP contract ► ~$15K (equipment & software license) Keep Station as part of AZCORS for 3 years Provide Site that meets AZCORS criteria ► AZHMP agrees to: Operate and manage station Distribute Static & Real-Time data ► Partner can be Private or Public Sector Partner does not even have to be in AZ
