1. PS2200B/3000B Battery Replacement Procedure

2. 1.Disconnect the wire connecting the UPS and the battery pack. 2.Pull off the battery pack front panel.

3. 3.Remove the six screws. Then take off the case.

4. 4.Remove the four screws to take off the upper battery retaining plate.

5. 5.Disconnect the four wires. (Two main red wires, and two short black wires)

6. 6.Remove the eight screws then take off the lower battery retaining plate.

7. 7.Disconnect the two main black wires and the short black wires.

8. 8.Install the new batteries by following the above connection diagram.

9. 9.Reinstall the battery retaining plates. 10.Tighten the six screws of the battery pack’s case. 11.Put back the front panel. 12.Connect the wire of the to battery pack to the UPS.
