7. Lewis Dot Structure Practice iPads  Your assignment is to choose 10 different compounds (or ions) from the dropdown menu and construct their Lewis structures.  Examples: Ammonia, NH 3 Acetate Ion, CH 3 COO - **Remember to use [ ] for ions and include the charge!**

Lewis Dot Structure Practice iPads  When you’ve finished your 10 compounds, go to the “Lewis Dots” app and construct some of the compounds that you’ve just made. “Lewis Dots” Hints: The iPad must be in the vertical orientation for this app. Place your finger over the lone electron on the atom you want to bond and drag it over the lone electron on the other atom; a bond should form.
